Verification resubmission control
Correct the Exact RoboCat KYC Field That Failed
A rejected file should become a precise correction task, not a larger upload. Match the rejection reason to the smallest acceptable replacement and retain the same case trail.
Open the secure RoboCat verification requestClassify the failed evidence
Determine whether the request concerns identity, residential address, payment ownership or source-of-funds context. Each category proves a different claim and should use the current accepted-document list.
Check expiry, issue date, visible edges, glare, resolution and profile spelling. A technically clear file can still fail when it proves the wrong category.
- Identity
- Address
- Payment ownership
- Case reference
Preserve necessary document context
Keep the issuer, holder name, relevant dates and all required sides visible. Avoid cropping away headers or reference fields needed to establish authenticity.
Redact unrelated transactions, full card numbers and security codes only where permitted. Never alter dates, names or document content to force a match.
Resubmit through the same case
Use the authenticated upload control tied to the rejection and keep the submission time. Name the corrected issue in a short note rather than opening a new case with a second evidence bundle.
If the status does not move, ask which field remains unresolved. Do not create multiple competing uploads unless support specifically requests them.
Verify the account state afterwards
Approval should remove the displayed verification gate, but it may not immediately complete a withdrawal already under separate review. Reopen the cashier and confirm the current owner of the payout.
Retain only the records needed for the case and store them securely. Delete uncontrolled duplicate files from email drafts or shared devices.
RoboCat questions
Should all RoboCat documents be uploaded again after one rejection?
No. Replace the failed evidence unless the case explicitly requests a complete set.
Can KYC approval and withdrawal approval be different stages?
Yes. Confirm the payout status separately after verification clears.
